Pacific Aire, Inc. was founded in December 1990 by Mark Schneider as a HVAC residential replacement company. His career in the industry started back in 1977 when he began working for Western Heating. During the 1970’s and 1980’s Western Heating was one of the largest and most respected new construction HVAC companies in Ventura County. As the demand for new construction dwindled he saw an opportunity to utilize his experience and provide service, maintenance and replacement in the existing residential home market. From that moment, he created a business plan for this new company called Pacific Aire,Inc.

For the next 20 years, Pacific Aire, Inc. operated from several locations within the City of Ventura. As the service area expanded, the company realized they were no longer centrally located to their customer base and as a result moved to the City of Camarillo. While the business has grown, they have remained loyal to the principals of providing outstanding customer service and superior workmanship from both the service and installation departments. This is achieved through continual training for all employees from both industry partners and internal mentoring. Today, Mark continues to remain the driving force for the vision of the company.
